At Trenz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return it within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2. Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or not in their original condition cannot be accepted for a return.
1.3. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact us at +923480033087 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2.2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
2.3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
3.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3.3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
